These Terms govern your use of Conduit Fill - an NEC code calculator for licensed electricians.
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using Conduit Fill (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Conduit Fill is operated by Panda Taps LLC ("Conduit Fill," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Conduit Fill is built for licensed electrical-trade professionals - apprentices, journeymen, masters, and engineers - and for anyone studying or training to become one. You represent that you are using the App in a context where applying the National Electrical Code is appropriate to your work.
Conduit Fill is a REFERENCE AND CALCULATION TOOL. It performs deterministic arithmetic on values you enter, using NEC tables as published by the National Fire Protection Association for the year you select (2017, 2020, 2023, or 2026), and renders results with citations to the relevant table or section. The App also provides project organization, photo attachments, and PDF export with an optional license stamp.
Conduit Fill is NOT engineering advice. It is NOT an engineering opinion. It is NOT a stamped or sealed engineering work product. It is NOT a substitute for the judgment of a licensed electrician, electrical engineer, or any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The App does not certify, approve, inspect, or warrant any electrical installation. Every output is a calculator result, not a professional recommendation.
Conduit Fill computes results from published NEC tables. It is not a substitute for the National Electrical Code itself, for the rulings of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), for the judgment of a licensed electrician, for a stamped engineering review, or for any local amendment to the NEC.
Electrical work is inherently dangerous. Incorrect conductor sizing, fill calculations, ampacity decisions, or other electrical-system decisions can cause fires, electrocutions, equipment failures, code violations, or personal injury. By using Conduit Fill, you acknowledge that you are a competent professional capable of independently verifying every calculation, and you assume all risk arising from any decision made in reliance on the App's outputs.
If you are not a licensed electrician, electrical engineer, or apprentice working under direct supervision of one, you should not rely on the App's outputs for any installation. Conduit Fill is sold as a reference tool and a study aid, not as engineering or trade advice.
Conduit Fill is offered through Apple In-App Purchase as one of three options: Yearly auto-renewable subscription at $39.99 per year with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; Monthly auto-renewable subscription at $7.99 per month; or a one-time Lifetime purchase at $69.99. Apple processes all payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID account settings. The Lifetime purchase has no recurring charges.
If you enter your name, license number, and state in Settings > License Information, that information appears on every PDF you export. You represent that the credentials you enter are accurate, current, and yours. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of any information rendered onto a PDF generated from Conduit Fill. Misrepresenting credentials, using another person's license number, or submitting a Conduit Fill PDF as a substitute for a stamped engineering drawing where state law requires one is solely your liability and may be a violation of your state's licensing rules.
You agree not to use Conduit Fill to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to subscription features if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings.

Conduit Fill is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Panda Taps LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS all warranties including, without limitation: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or correctness of any calculation result, completeness of any NEC table data, currency or up-to-date status of any code edition, conformance with any local amendment or AHJ interpretation, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the App, its calculations, its citations, or its outputs are accurate, complete, current, or free from error. NEC tables may be transcribed incorrectly. Calculations may produce wrong results due to bugs, edge cases, rounding, or unintended interactions. You must independently verify every input and every output against the actual NEC published by NFPA before relying on any result for any installation.

The App is offered solely for use where lawful; users in jurisdictions where any provision of these Terms is unenforceable agree to the maximum protection permitted by local law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance.
