Privacy Policy for Conduit Fill

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies globally to all users of Conduit Fill, a professional NEC electrical-code calculator for licensed electricians published by Panda Taps LLC. This policy explains what data Conduit Fill collects, why, and what it never collects.

2. Account Data

Conduit Fill does not require an account, an email address, or a password. The app runs without sign-in. Your projects, calculations, license stamp, and settings live on your device.

• We do not collect or store your email address.
• We do not collect your name, license number, or state unless you enter them in Settings → License Information so they can appear on your exported PDFs.
• License-stamp fields stay on your device and are written into the PDFs you generate; they are never transmitted to us.

3. Calculations and Projects

Calculations and projects you save are stored on-device in the app's local database. We do not send your calculation inputs, results, or project metadata to our servers.

• Photos you attach to a project (e.g. panel or splice photos) are stored on-device and only included in PDFs you choose to export.
• Deleting a project from inside the app removes it permanently. Settings → Account & Data → Delete All Projects wipes the entire local database.

4. PDF Exports

Exported PDFs are generated locally on your device and rendered into your share sheet. We do not receive a copy. Where the PDF goes from there - email, AirDrop, Files, Messages - is up to you.

5. Purchase and Subscription

Conduit Fill offers three purchase options through Apple In-App Purchase: Yearly auto-renewable subscription at $39.99 per year with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, Monthly auto-renewable subscription at $7.99 per month, and a one-time Lifetime purchase at $69.99. Apple processes all payment information. Conduit Fill receives only your purchase or subscription status (active, expired, in trial, lifetime) - never your payment-card details, billing address, or Apple ID email.

• Subscription status flags are read locally from StoreKit and are not transmitted to our servers.
• Apple sends you renewal reminders before the trial ends and any time the subscription renews.
• Cancel any subscription any time in Apple ID > Subscriptions in iOS Settings. The Lifetime purchase has no recurring charges to cancel.

6. Camera

Conduit Fill asks for camera permission only if you tap the camera icon to capture a photo for a project. Photos taken with the camera are saved into the app's local project storage. Conduit Fill never accesses the camera or photo library in the background.

• You can revoke camera access in iOS Settings at any time.
• If you choose photo library instead, only the image you explicitly pick is imported - we do not enumerate or read other photos.

7. What We Don't Collect

Conduit Fill does not collect or store any of the following:

• Your contacts.
• Your location.
• Your photo library beyond images you explicitly import for a project.
• Your social-media identity from any third party.
• Your browsing or app usage outside Conduit Fill.
• Advertising identifiers - Conduit Fill does not run ads.
• Calculation inputs or results - every NEC table is on-device, every calc runs locally.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Conduit Fill is a native iOS app and does not use cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs. We do not include analytics SDKs that report individual user actions.

9. Your Rights

You can exercise these rights from inside the app or by emailing support@pandataps.com:

• Right to access - your data lives on your device; everything is visible from inside the app.
• Right to delete - Settings → Account & Data → Delete All Projects wipes the local database.
• Right to portability - you can export every project as a stamped PDF from Project Detail → Export PDF.
• Right to opt out of any sale or sharing - Conduit Fill does not sell or share personal information.

10. Children's Privacy

Conduit Fill is rated 4+ on the App Store but is built for licensed trade professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new Effective Date and surfaced inside the app's Settings.
